The owner was super helpful and nice. He really goes out of his way to help and make you feel welcomed. He helped us find a scooter rental shop in Bibione, booked a taxi for us to the shop, tried to help me with various bicycles, drove us and our luggages to Bella Italia Village and even gave us 2 bottles of mineral water very thoughtfully

Even the last day after a long season the receptionist was in a good mood, happily answering all our questions. Room with a balcony on the first floor overlooking the marina was charming and really clean while the fresh flowers on the balcony made a perfect touch. Breakfast was another nice surprise. Nice coffee (I guess more to Austrian taste than real Italian coffee) served with a smile, perfect Italian croissants (fresh not from the plastic bag), fresh eggs, vegetables and much more. Perfect start for the day. And while we got no at first for renting bikes since it's their last day, we quickly agreed 2 hours should be enough and off we went.

I was very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and professional, especially during breakfast – they really made us feel welcome every morning. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely excellent. We stayed for 7 days and every single day there was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We always found something great to enjoy. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and a convenient fridge that came in very handy. Parking near the hotel was also easy and well-organized. A great bonus was the availability of free bicycles, which we took advantage of during our stay. And last but not least, the beach service was another highlight that made our holiday even more relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience – we would definitely stay here again!

    We really liked the quality of food in the restaurants and that of the products on sale in shops. The staff was really professional, quick, helpful and attentive everywhere. There are a lot of facilities to choose from ranging from entertainment, eating out and shops to programmes. Nicely landscaped public places, well-maintained buildings, cleanliness and all kinds of facilities can be found within easy reach. Flamingo ristorante had the best cozze pasta and in Croce del Sud we also had great food and quick service.

    Amazing service, The Owner was unexpectedly kind and helpful. She even offered, on her own, to drive us with her car (after our check-out) to our destination to take the bus. Recaption service was again amazing, very polite, kind and helpful. The Breakfast was more than complete. You could find even rare fruit and all were fresh and above our expectations. The room was clean and renovated - cleaned every day.

    Very comfortable stay.

    Very comfortable stay. The apartments are spacious, equipped with everything you need. New plumbing, fully equipped kitchen, huge balcony overlooking the lagoon. About 400 m to the beach, the same distance to the sea in the other direction. You need to bring your own bed linen and towels or pay 11 euros per person.

    This is a typical tourist spot with no trace of ancient Italian charm or genuine Italian atmosphere. Here you'll find everything from sushi bars and kebab joints to American cuisine and even pizza with sausage and pineapple, complete with ketchup (which is quite disappointing). If you're looking for entertainment, overpriced drinks, poor quality, and lots of tourists (far more than locals), then this place is for you. However, if you want to truly experience Italian cuisine, atmosphere, and the authentic Dolce Vita, avoid this place at all costs!"

    We spent a weekend at Lignano Sabbiadoro and liked it very much! Hotel is very pleasant and clean, the breakfast is wonderful, but above all we loved the staff! Everyone is extremely kind and always at disposition for talk, advice, help and they speak several languages. The pool is great, we had a splendid relaxation there... I would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for everything!

    Location was perfect. Could walk to shops and places to eat but go the other direction and you are at the beach. The roof top pool was nice to cool you down when you were done with the sand. You can take a train from Venice then a bus. Easy to figure out. When you are there you can use the hotel's free bikes or the area also has bike tours for free.

    We had clean and tidy room at depandance. Simple room, but more than okay for three nights. Biggest advantage is great location, right at the Via Udine = epicentre of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Very close to the beach... On top of that tasty breakfast exceeded our expectations.
