What truly stands out, though, is the staff—Massimo and his colleague are exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and always ready with helpful recommendations, without ever being intrusive.     This was a launching pad for us to explore the Vicenza area. The value was great, and we enjoyed the comfort of the place we stayed. If you don't mind spending more at hotels, you could closer to Vicenza but this was great for value seeking guests.
