The staff was very friendly, food was exellent and hotel itself was super nice and clean. Rooftop restaurant was serving high quality meals and a nice view to vesuvius. I recommend and would absolutely visit again.

The hotel is amazing on the inside—it's like a hidden gem. From the outside, the area looks a bit sketchy, but once you step inside, it feels like a safe haven. We walked around a few nearby streets, but they felt unsafe, so we stayed close to the hotel. One of the main reasons I chose this place is because many tour buses stop here before heading out on their tours, which was a big plus for me.

My cell phone had been stolen and I had problems with my bank card getting cash from ATM. The front desk staff volunteered and were able to contact my bank in Canada and I was able to resolve the problem. That service saved our vacation. Theu also went out onto the street and showed us which direction and which street to take to get to where we were going.

I was warmly greeting in my home language, English, at the desk and told that I had an upgraded room. A pleasant surprise. The rooftop eating area was a very pleasant place to be in the early evening. The food was delicious and the service with provided with a smile and simple words.
