    A very nice vibrant town with many beautiful sights I partcularly liked the hand sculptures very moving. Great shops and plenty of restuarants although we did eat at the hotel Crystal restuarant,where the food served by there own chef was fantastic. Italian Casalinga very well cooked and served.

    Seems like the place is stuck in the 80s but with 2024 prices. Imposible to find decent food for less than 50 euro a person. service level on the (expensive) beaches stuck somewhere in 1986. Price for an umbrella and 2 beds? 30 euros. Ah you want to use the pool? another 5. And Icould go on. OVerall horrible customer service all around. Ah and no public transport or taxi service worth mentioning.

    The city is awful restaurants are selling the same trash food you can choose if you pay 30€ or 200€ we tried all. Never again. We are sad we have nothing good to say about the small city. The people cold and not friendly at all. Even we were giving so much more money to them than probably the usual tourists.

    There are excellent bicycle paths and it’s pretty flat for riding miles safely. Buy tickets for local bus services at the tabac and validate on bus. There is a coop where you can buy bread, cheese and ham and water for a cheap lunch.

    Its a lovely small town with great restaurants and bars but not noisy or overcrowded when we visited in October. It was still hot enough to swim. We also hired bikes and you can easily cycle for many miles along a cycle path along the coast to Viareggio and beyond

    Located in the middle of Versilia with the bustle of Viareggio and the sophistication of Forte dei Marmi 5km to the south and north MDP has it's own friendly vibe with a lovely stretch of beach (private) and a centre (Tonfano) with plenty of restaurants, gelateria and bars plus shops. Don't miss the Saturday market and visit Capriccio for the best ice cream and Da Carlino for a great meal but you'll need to book ;-)

    The roof rooms (no balcony) have a good size for two people and also a good bathroom. A little fridge was available to put in some soft drinks bottles. The room is clean and with a tv. It’s nice to have a possibility to eat a menu in the evening at the hotel. A breakfast buffet and a bar in the hotel is also available. The pool is refreshing in the summer time and the beach is in walking distance ( 5-6 minutes) The big private parking lot in the nice big garden with many nice plants and trees is perfect.

    Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of pastries, continental options, and a traditional English breakfast. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the hotel’s charming boutique atmosphere.

    Location at walking distance from the beach of Pietrasanta Marina, though a bit further away from the pedestrian area with shops and cafes (12 minute walk or so). The hotel has a nice pool and our room was standard (nothing special) but convenient and had a wonderful view of the sea.

    We felt like home here! Very nice and helpful staff! Excellent and tasty dinners! High quality service on all matters, it worth every penny! Although a small location you can relax on the terrace on in the garden. The hotel bar is making all these go to five stars!

    Nice and clean family run hotel with very kind staff. The dinners were cute, good selection of local dishes. There are only private beaches available, an umbrella with two beds starts from EUR 30/ day. If you plan a relaxing holiday the hotel is good choice
