    Martina franca is a beautiful town good location to use as a base to visit other local villages There is so much to see and do around the area especially trulli village of arberello which is spectacular and lovely locorondo and cisterino There are plenty of restaurants and cafes and shops and not too expensive Puglia is absolutely stunning and definitely worth a place on holiday maker's list There is a local bus service and train but we took taxi as it was very reasonable prices and their transport wasn't very reliable

    Beautiful town with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and historic places to visit. A great location to stay for a few days to visit the town and other towns near by. La Bottega del Capocolla for fresh local produce - ham, cheeses. Restaurants: Osteria Origini, Gaonas, Caffe Tripoli, La Pasteria, Templari

    Beautiful to get lost in , lovely winding streets and friendly people . Feels like a lived in local town yet I’m sure it will get busier with tourism like many of the other beautiful towns in Puglia. Gorgeous piazzas and places to sit for a drink and watch the world go by

    Martina Franca is a beautiful town with friendly locals. The city center is enjoyable with its baroque and rococo style, good food with local specialities and is lively from afternoon until evening. The tourist info point has friendly and helpful staff and a good map of the town! Duke's Palace won't take much of your time and is worth paying a visit! From Martina Franca you can also explore other nearby historical and pictoresque towns. Just go!

    We stayed right in the Old City part of Martina Franca.

    We stayed right in the Old City part of Martina Franca. That meant we were with easy walking distance from many places to taste the excellent Italian food available. This is an area very rich in history and beauty.

    Very interesting - we just didn't have enough time to explore all areas. But spent most time in the very old historic part as it is fascinating. The shopping area was also very special. A good choice of places to eat or just have a coffee or a glass of wine.

    Casa Terra Bianca was an amazing place to stay right in the heart of the beautiful town of Martina Franca. The house is on 3 levels with plenty of room and a gorgeous roof top terrace for lounging. There is everything you need for a group of 4. It is wonderfully decorated, very clean, spacious and really did exceed our expectations. The value for the money was exceptional. Giuseppe was also so friendly and responsive. He even gave us a tour of his olive oil museum upon arrival to town. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Martina Franca!

    It’s a beautiful place to stay . We stayed 4 nights and we love the clean spacious rooms and toilets , rooftop where we could have tea and see sunset , kitchen with all amenities and host Mimma baked a cake to welcome us , free parking in the property , very safe . Good location to travel to puglia regions . Host was very prompt responsive to all messages and our needs. Very impressed with this host and Airbnb . Would recommend to everyone. We felt so at home and enjoyed our stay .

    Our stay couldn't have gone any better we loved Martina franca the location was fabulous nice walk into town during the day and night although we loved the food and service provided in the hotel Peter and his team were excellent and treated us not as guests but family also the receptionist's were absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable of places to visit our time in Puglia was unforgettable and we will be returning next year

    The apartment is very well located within easy walking to the old town of Martina Franca. There is a small supermarket about a 3 minute walk. There is free parking outside the apartment. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need including excellent cooking facilities, and a washing machine. The apartment is beautifully styled. Our host Alfio is delightful.
