Quiet location, beautiful area. Warm, hospitable and kind owner. Stefania was lovely . The house is very comfortable, clean and well equipped for a good stay. I highly recommend ! I would book again.

We loved everything about the Hotel, all amenities were great, our room had a Lake View, which was amazing, the staff was extremely kind and friendly, and the Hotel was brand new. Also, the small town of Cernobbio was the nicest place to stay around the Lake , it is a little gem indeed , we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exceptional service and warm atmosphere – highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their attentiveness made me feel truly cared for. The room was spotless — everything was exceptionally clean, neat, and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and every detail showed care and professionalism. A special highlight was the restaurant. Dinner was an absolute delight. I’d like to give special thanks to Maria, our waitress, who was simply amazing — kind, always smiling, and extremely courteous. She made every dinner feel like a special occasion. Overall, I was very impressed and truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely great service.

Great location, good room.. a little tight but lovely bed and decor, great breakfast. The people make it.. Nicoletta during the day and Diana in the evening were fantastic. Friendly , accommodating, knowledgeable about ferries, restaurants etc… A great trip

First off all the staff were amazing. They are very polite. everything was incredible. The location, architecture and garden were beautiful. In addition, the level is at the highest point with the Mandarin Oriental brand.

Great location, a few minutes walk down from the train Station and the same to the Duomo. Recently redone so everything was nice and new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms have a good shower with robes and slippers provided.

    An old town peppered with villas, museums and touristy...

    An old town peppered with villas, museums and touristy places. The old town atmosphere was great and the villas are quite spectacular, making the visits to them quite a sight. The museum we went to, silkworm museum was very interesting and informative. A good place to visit.
