The property was clean and quiet, and had everything I needed. I was in the area for a wedding, and was travelling on my own without a car. The host was very kind and accommodating, and went out of her way to drive me to the wedding venue when I was unable to get there myself. I was extremely grateful for her kindness and patience with me, as I don't speak any Italian.

Firstly, the best part was meeting Chiara and being welcomed into her family’s home. The breakfast was so delicious and displayed so beautifully in a room to match. Chiara helped us with things to do and even made reservations for us. We really enjoyed her roof top terrace, such a wonderful spot to enjoy the view especially at night. We really felt welcomed into her home.

    If this is what paradise looks like, you will find it in Villa delle Lucciole👌😍. Very friendly owners, a very comfortable house, in which each room has a bathroom, air conditioning. We felt here at home 😍😍 Wonderful views, fantastic weather and a pool where you can cool off perfectly. Paradise, simply paradise! We highly recommend it. This is our sixth stay in Italy and the best place to stay so far. Umbria charmed us. We will definitely come back here and we will recommend this villa to our friends, where we had a wonderful rest.

    Second stay at Casale Alessandri. This was for a few days prior to our son's wedding at Castello di Montignano. 8 of us had the Rustic menu on the day of arrival, then a family dinner off 18 with bride and groom the following night. Sat outside, tables set up lovely, great food wine and service. Louise and team work hard to provide an informal, comfortable service and Federico provides the food and narrative to complete a great experience. What's not to be enjoyed! Can't wait to stay again when next in the region.

    Whilst attending a wedding at Castello di Montignano, I enjoyed a perfect stay at B&B Rossopeperonico. It has great facilities with a traditional, homely feel. The pool is extremely relaxing and it was lovely to enjoy whilst the sun was out. Despite the fact I don’t speak Italian, Claudio & Daniela were really helpful and provided me with refreshing drinks & delicious home-cooked pasta. I had a delightful, relaxing break and I would highly recommend it.

    Excellent accommodation in a perfect location to Castello di Montignano where we attended a family wedding. Having air conditioning in every room was very welcomed since it was so hot! The garden was beautiful (we made full use of the hot tub!) and the guest basket of eggs, wine, olive oil, tomatoes and the additional milk I had asked them to provide was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.
