The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It is quiet and overlooks a field and has secure parking. It is in easy walking distance of pizzerias, gelateria and restaurants and a short drive to 3 supermarkets, more restaurants and a wonderful dolciaria. Altedo is perfectly placed to explore the Emilia-Romagna region. It is half way between Bologna and Ferrara, each a half hour or less drive away. It is in easy driving distance of Modena, Cremona, Mantua, Verona, Padua, Ravenna and the charming coastal canal towns of Chioggio and Comacchio. From Ravenna it is a short drive to San Marino, an independent hill state in the heart of Italy. We would like to thank Fabio for being such a helpful, kind and generous host, he even found a nurse to dress a deep cut on my wife’s hand.

I especially liked the great service, the host Erica was very helpful and friendly and always responded immediately. Also the place was nice and cozy, the kitchen well staffed with everything needed for any kind of holiday. Next to air conditioning there was also a self maintaining fireplace which was easy to use and exactly the right thing you need after exploring Bologna the whole day. There is also even a small garden to relax in, which can be accessed directly from the apartment. I would definitely come here again!

The owner was very very quick to answer to my messages and happy to help me. The check-in and check-out is very clearly and easy explained, the apartment is super clean and tidy, is very confortable and cozy, is designed with everything you need for a short or long stay.     Minerbio its very nice, small fraction of Bologna near by the Industrial Area Ronchi. Its has its own vibe, well organized with small coffee shops and restaurants. Its a place to stay if you are on a business trip at the Ronchi area.
