Very friendly staff, extremely clean and nice smell. The rooms and the whole hotel is very cute furnished and maintained. Spa center was just perfect for us. We really had a great time and were happy to extend our vacation. Dinner is not a buffet, but we’re happy to try new dishes. Thank you also for the “Tyrolean dinner” 👍

The property is charming and cozy! It is has complimentary essentials like shower gel and toothpaste it was more than I could have dreamed! The host give us great tips about the city itself and the waterfalls nearby, her knowledge and friendly art are unmatched! Breakfast was really good with options lactose free for my partner. The host made us feel at home!

Very friendly staff, waiting on us with dinner late in the evening despite our arrival after dinner time. Breakfast was good standard, but dinners were amazing, 5 course, delicious and hard to eat everything. Location is what we were looking for - quiet, with smell of country 😂 but within 15 minutes drive from ski lifts. Room was just like in the pictures, spacious, clean, nice view, with large balcony. Would definitely come back.

Super hotel. First time staying here. The spa is amazing and spread across two floors. Great modern gym. The food at breakfast, lunch and evening was beautiful. Fantastic location too. Plus great you get the tourist card to go up the cable cars for free. Hotel is super modern as well which usually I'm not a fan of in the small mountain villages, but this got it spot on.

    Friendly and kind owners, clean, functional, nice breakfast, pleasant location within little village, with grocery store, wine and coffee shop, restaurant.... value for money guaranted.... no reason to look for any other place in this range of hotels when comming back
