Our host was very courteous and gave us our choice of room upon arrival as one suite was up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable in both rooms of our chosen suite with good working air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, as well as fresh cooked eggs. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked fantastic and the view was amazing. It was definitely great value.

A colorful house, not far from the highway, and the noise from the road is small. The owner of the house sent the most convenient instructions in the world, with a detailed description and photos, thanks to which we easily figured out the entrance and driveway. Each living room had an air conditioner, thanks to which it will not be hot in the summer and you can warm up in the winter. There is a parking space in a closed area very close to the room, a large car fit in without problems.

The entire house was a nice surprise, the kitchen most of all. Was very beautiful decorated, country italian style, clean. The breakfast was ok, we europeans are used to a different type but it was understandable because we were in Italy. Another big plus of the stay eas the fact that its has a big yard and you have where to park.

The place was like a postcard of Italy! Set overlooking the Tuscan countryside and beneath a nice little village it was absolutely beautiful. Our studio was incredibly spacious, warm and comfortable. For the price we paid, we couldn’t believe our luck! Definitely worth a stay and only an hours train from Florence and nearby some nice hikes and other out of the way tourist attractions. Great if you want an authentic Italian experience away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Can’t recommend enough!

    Monsummano is an interesting town with a history I do not...

    Monsummano is an interesting town with a history I do not feel I explored enough.There is a museum and a library that I would have liked to have visted, but I enjoyed walking around and drinking coffees here and there. Only one decent restaurant as far as I could find - the Sotto Grotta in the Piazza Giusta ... but I could cook for myself (once I found the sumpermarket) and all in all it has a lovely feel with pleasing architecture.

    Clean comfortable big house, you enjoy being there. It has all that a family needs in facilities. The AC, that was available, was very much appreciated to be able to sleep during these hot nights. It has a balcony, not a terrace or a garden, so for those looking for a wide space for the kids to play outside it is not The place, but for the others we recommend. Nice hosts, generously welcomed by a tasty pie, some water in the fridge and some homemade beer

    The apartment is simply perfect, spotless clean, in a very convenient, quiet and pleasant location, just at a few yards from the spa! The owners Antonella and Maurizio are the best hosts you can find! They really want to make your stay as great as possible! My mum and I felt very spoiled and looked after!     A really nice property—we visited off-season, but I can imagine staying here for a few days during the summer to enjoy the pool. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay in the spacious apartment, which also had a small kitchen, so we were able to make our own dinner and breakfast.
