The building and the room was very nice. The hostess was friendly and offered us delicious breakfast. We followed her advice to visit a village nearby and we didn't regret it. It is a very good option also for families who want to visit the region.

Fantastic place! Silent, tidy, characteristic, comfortable etc. Buildings are old but they are well renovated and fresh. Apartment was very nice. Friendly owner and staff really makes you feel welcome. It’s well worh of the drive!

    Mponti Licciana itself was nothing special, there is a castel that sometimes is visitable. it's right in the Via Francigena, and there are lots of other little medieval villages. nearby. beautiful drives through the bush and mountains, and good walks all around

    The accommodation is in the centre of the village close to all ammenities. There are some lovely places to eat. Monti is an ideally located village from which to base yourself to explore the surrounding countryside which is spectacular and visiting the local castle and gaining insight into the past history of the region. The village whilst not on the coast is only short drive and worth the effort.

    Great building with very interresting period features and...

    Great building with very interresting period features and relaxed surroundings. There were a few good places to eat out providing some lovely choices and the quality of the food was excellent. Lovely peacefull location great for walks and scenary Monti has a very hospitable and welcoming feel .. would certainly visit again Travel by train to Florence, Pisa, Lucca for days out was straight forward and would reccomend this.
