Rebecca & Roberto are the best hosts I ever had. They made us feel welcome at any moment & even had some nice tips on what to do 😊 The room was clean & comfortable. Sunset view is amazing. The breakfast was lovely & personal. I also suggest having lunch or dinner at least once in their cosy restaurant.

Spacious two bedrooms and two bathrooms set in a stunning location. Lovely outdoor space and view. Such friendly and helpful hosts Fabrizio and Veronica. A wonderful central spot to explore lovely parts of Umbria. We even did a day trip to Orvieto. The environment gives a great feeling of peace ! We hope to be back 😀

We have found our new place to stay in San Feliciano (our fauvorite place in Italy). Il posto del cuore is a cozy, clean and typical italian style appartment with good airconditioning and an amazing view from the balcony. On the front side there is a terrace with view of the olive fields. Here you find the perfect place in walking distance to the lakeside where you can enjoy a meal or a drink at the bars. Mary is a very attentive and very helpfull host who is always available with assistance. She sent us very detailed descriptions on how things work and left us a nice starting package with a bit of breakfast and ingredients for a plate of pasta.

Absolutely everything. The location, the decoration of the apartment, the provision of bicycles to go toot rides around the lake, and most importantly the attention to detail and customer service. The host treated us almost like if we were family. So kind, generous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent
