Brand new hotel with the nicest staff and proactively upgrading my room, just because it was available. The room was spacious and stunning despite confusing light switches ;) Overall the whole stay exceeded my expectations where I was looking for a comfy place before heading on to Switzerland and I got super nice staff, amazing premium room for no extra cost, delicious cocktails in the rooftop bar and an entire shopping gallery on the venue. Must go back to Radisson blu Bergamo - it's a 10/10 place

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bergamo. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they really make time for you. The room smells divine by the way… and the breakfast buffet is a bonus! You won’t regret. The building is so gorgeous, looks like a museum for outside but yet modern inside. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast area is very cozy and the food choices were few but enough. There is another restaurant for dinner on the second floor called Nasturzio has a beautiful view of the mountain. The food was very delicious and the ambiance is so good.

i stayed at the location for 1 night. Its a cute hotel will all amenities in Citta Alta. it is 2 minutes walk feom the cathedral and 10 minutes by cab from train station. Big shout out to Massimo for helping with the bookings.
