Messer Gesualdo is a little oasis in the Puglian countryside. We had a very clean and spacious room with terrace and AC, which was perfect for three adults. In the evening, we enjoyed delicious dinners by the pool with home-grown vegetables, and received valuable information about Puglia from the extremely nice and helpful hosts. Wish we could have stayed longer than three nights, because it was so peaceful and lovely!

The room was clean and charming, and the breakfast was especially wonderful - everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The breakfast area itself was also lovely, with a peaceful atmosphere during the day (even though there were a few late-night parties outside). The pool area was also beautiful - a perfect spot to relax. All of the shared spaces throughout the property felt thoughtful and special. Francesca at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit - she welcomed us warmly on arrival, guided us perfectly with parking, and even recommended a local luminarie event that made our trip truly special. The building was astonishing! It was an old tannery, partially a museum so staying there was incredible. The rooms were so aesthetically designed and comfortable. The location is lovely, easy to walk in Maglie, parking place is available around with a little fee only. The staff was very welcoming and sincere. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend to anyone!

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh local produce served in a stunning dining area. The grounds, including the serene courtyard and inviting pool, provided a peaceful retreat. The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque region of Salento, with many hidden gems recommended by the helpful staff.
