    Hotel is in a fantastic condition, clean, with helpful and realy kind staff. Breakfast does fulfill your almost all daily needs - I mean, you can eat as much as you like and there is everything for any kind of eaters. The location is great for exploring Venice and outlet shopping center. There is also a Spar and lots of food restaurants. The best option for visiting Venice is to go with a car to the train station, where you can leave the car for free and take a train to the center of venice. Probably one of the cheapest option.

    The property is extremely comfortable and cozy. The photos fully match reality. We are a family with three children, and it was very spacious for us. Cleanliness is at a high level, offering excellent value for money. The apartment is modern. For smokers, there is a designated area in the yard for smoking and relaxation. The parking space in the yard is very convenient. Nearby, there is an outlet center as well as numerous restaurants for dinner and refreshments. The hosts were extremely polite and kind.

    The bed super comfy , looks very fresh inside , very thick towel all nice about hotel … close to outlet for nice shopping thats super nice , u must have a car or rent a car, coz bit far from airport, i paid taxi almost 100 € super expensive, Other option u can go by bus from hotel … just outside hotel the highway / toll . Nice super market not so far from hotel ,

    The location of the facility is good; right behind it, there is a large supermarket. The outlet is very close, and parking was never an issue. If you have the slightest question, you just need to get in touch. It is managed by a very kind family, and it’s a place where you can feel as comfortable as in your own home. A calm place where you would gladly stay again.”

    Location is great, few steps from outlet and 10 min from train station in San Dona ( train to Venice ). Room for two is spacious enough, bed is comfortable. Enough and various food for breakfast. Was already there few times and it was always a good choice.
