Very easy to check in. Nina explained everything using a translation app and was very straightforward. The bathroom was new with a strong shower and the Air conditioning in the room meant we had a good nights sleep. It is located next to a forest which was super for walking the 2 dogs. The breakfast was also pre-organised by Nina so we were quite independent and there was a good selection of bread, eggs, croissants and yogurt.

Very friendly staff, excellent price, comfortable bed, nice & simple breakfast. Close to Arona which is a nice town go walk around. The steak house next door is excellent. We stayed here as we wanted to be close to MXP Malpensa airport

    The location is convenient for those needing to get to the airport. The rooms are both massive and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.     nice hotel, a bit strange is you have to choose the breakfast day before and write your preferencies on form, nice bathroom with bidet and bath tub, big bed, great parking underground with lot of space
