Cute little village. Since we were there in the off season, it was very quiet with only a few options open for restaurants and groceries which were lovely. Great transport links just outside the property with ferry port within 2 minutes walk, access to small beach and lake for swimming, we travelled all round Lake Como and surrounding area, so property was a great base. Hosts provided us with everything we needed and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay, Hosts day 1, took us to local supermarket to stock up. Hosts day 1 took us to local bakery/coffee shop. Hosts day 2 provided us with list of places to visit & how to use local transport. We should have booked a different area with restaurants and facilties nearby instead of having to drive everywhere. We werent aware that walking wasnt advised as this is something we enjoy very much. The restaurant was good . It was closed on the Monday but Victoria booked la pergola for us which was easy to get to by bus and also a lovely place .
