Oh my word, what a little gem this place is. We originally booked as it was a convenient location en route from Italy to Switzerland, but were really impressed with Ovada and its lovely historic centre. Best of all, however, was staying at La Corte. We received the warmest welcome from Giancarla, who went out of her way to make us feel at home. She is such a star. The room was perfect ...a little quirky and different, and super comfortable and clean, which we loved. Secure off-street parking was a bonus, and the breakfast was superb. We hope to return next year just to stay here again. Highly, highly recommended

Simply amazing. Hidden gem just outside Ovada up on the mountain, which provide nice views and extreme quietness. Run by wonderful people the B&B offers small houses and apartments that are scattered around the property, so it feels like you’re all by yourself in an exclusive stay. Inside the interior, custom designed for every single house, deserve an interior design award. Everything in als Cascina Bricco breaths quality and love. The breakfast was outstanding and I would drive all the way back just for breakfast, the cakes, the coffee, the eggs, the honey and the whole surrounding under the wisteria: amazing. The pool is spacious and deep on one side; loved it! By far the best place around.

    I was in transit and discovered very nice down town. It has several churches on so small area, so lovely place. I was on Sunday so everything were closed but it would be nice to stroll on working day.

    We were traveling to Savona to take a 15 days cruise, because of that, we started our journey one day earlier and we arrived at the property about 21, we received our rooms and because the restaurant closes at 22, we went to the restaurant to have pizza. Do not miss the pizzas, I can say one of the best pizzas I ever had! The hotel is an old one which renovated but is not modern one. You do not have anything to do in the area, just eating and sleeping (exactly fitted us).
