Mmmmm, absolutely stunning little island, too crowded in august, some visitors disrespectful of island throwing rubbish where ever for example, and of staff in hotel and Restos, a lot of entitled people seem to visit here. Visited specifically to visit Stromboli, long and complicated travel and expensive hotel but happy to pay as Stromboli was to be the highlight. Booked boat trip on last night and was let down by boat company with no apology or attempt to fix and no time to rearrange. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking!! Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and Stromboli made the morning special :).
