    I went for a concert but added on a couple of days. It is a small but beautiful medieval hilltop town with a calm relaxed atmosphere, great view of Lago Trasimeno and good restaurants (including a Michelin starred) with a range of Italian styles and cost.

    Panicale is a wonderfull old town on top of the hill with...

    Panicale is a wonderfull old town on top of the hill with townwalls and narrow streets, and beautiful small squares. Good restaurants and even a small theatre and festival in september. Carparking on the streets close to the hotel is possible not for free. From the town panoramic views on Lake Trasimeno!

    Perfect location, 1 minute walk from the main square of Panicale and lovely views over the valley from the bedroom. Marcella was amazing, really responsive and accommodating, welcoming us when we arrived and showing us around and telling us everything we needed to know about the studio.

    A charming little hotel of great character and an interesting history. The owner made us feel really welcome and we felt at home at once. A generous buffet breakfast was an added bonus. The location - just yards outside the old town walls - and easy parking were an added bonus.
