At the time of our stay there was little snow, but the slopes were perfectly groomed, so the quality of skiing did not decrease. Very good place for ski vacation especially for teaching your kids how to ski. Don’t miss the Passo Persena view and if you are a good skier the black slopes there are really great. Have been to Passo Del Tonale 4 times: allshort breaks and mainly because of great value. Small but huge value ski area. Great for mixed-ability groups or for beginners (advanced folks will have the whole area skied in a day or two). Great for a short break. Be prepared for building and maintenance activity during the summer - this is a ski resort, and they have to work sometime! Thursday is market day, this is probably a good thing. They provided a ski room which was secure and easy access and free car park. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel, location was perfect.
