The hotel Managers have given a lot of bonuses, such as upgraded rooms, free ski lockers, a free one day ski pass and a ski rent discount. The chefs were brilliant (worth Michelin). The overall experience was superb. Moreover the location is perfect as well, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the ski lifts to the mountain (just accross the road). It is a bit outside but we loved the windy roads up there. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, room is great and has a really good size. We were upgraded and had a room with a balcony overlooking the valley - this was a nice plus! The food was outstanding, you‘ll get a five course meal every evening and it was delicious.
