Chiara the owner is the most knowledgeable, open, friendly person you will meet in Italy. She goes out of her way to make sure your stay is memorable with great restaurant recommendations, Osteria Valle not to be missed and even booking tickets for the Opera in the local community theatre. This place is very beautiful! We would even like to stay for longer. Pool is beautiful. Assigned sun beds. Stunning views from the room and by the pool. Good variety of food for breakfast (you need to order from them staff to get more options). Delicious dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also booked wine tasting as they have their own winery which we totally recommend. Room was specious and clean. Short drive to Todi.

There is nothing about not to like a stay in a revamped 11 th century castle. Just WOW and we would love to go back there one day. The food and staff are exceptional. The decor-outstandingly delicious and is a treat in itself. Todi is the feed in town. Totally medieval and a must visit in Italy

The range of food available for the breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The hotel building was beautifully quaint and old world. The town of Todi was like something from a fairytale especially the little narrow roads that were a joy to walk. A special mention for the hotel staff who went well beyond the call of duty to make our stay a very enjoyable experience.
