If you are seeking peace, tranquility and natural beauty - this is the place for you. No children and gorgeous lake - much smaller than Como or Maggiore but you can easily get to Maggiore in 30 minutes if you want more life. There is a spa, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and lounge / bar area all with magnificent views over Lake d'Orta. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is a wide choice of hot and cold dishes available for breakfast in your room - and some excellent restaurants in the village and local town (Pettenasco) - just a 5 minute drive away. Ferries ran from it to the other locations on the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
