They accepted us with our pets :) The waiters in the restaurant were so nice, it made the stay even nicer. Usage of pool area costs extra.

We liked the personel. The administration lady was super nice and she was available all the time. She gave us many extra things we needed, like extra keys or toilet paper. She bought us even a table cover to cover the kitchen table. She helped us with Bormio Terms and reservation. She was very nice and very helpful.
