Francesco and his family are a true gem discovered. If you travel in Napoli area it is a must. Great location, perfect room, great garden, large parking and perfect breakfast. Francesco is there whenever you need assistance, and even more. He assisted me in exploring area with precious suggestions. As I had to get a very early flight, he was at reception at 4 am with breakfast package to take with me. If I return to Napoli, I know where I will be staying. One last information, Francesco is also opening vacation house in Massa Lubrense, so if you want to stay on Amalfi coast and have top notch assistance, get in touch with Francesco, you will not be sorry.

Really nice and comfortable apartment, looks exactly as on photos, helpful owner (his father too), locked parking box underneth the building, close to the public train CircumVesuviana that we used for visiting Naples (could be used for Pompei and Herculaneum too, but we had a car) and excellent sweet croissants stuffed with hot chocolade one minute before serving in the bar across the street ... sooo good :-) and pizza Napolitana as well

Very spacious, clean apartment. Newly refurbished and furnished. Comfortable beds. Good contact with the host. Free WiFi and a/c-heating. Very good location, close to pizzeria, cafe, train station. We paid extra for underground garage box, but the access there was complicated (narrow turn plus other cars block the way out sometimes). There is also big parking nearby, 0,80 euro per h at daytime, nights are free of charge.

The appartment is beautiful, recently renovated (or very well maintained), very modern and comfortable. It has a great air conditioning system and also windows on both extremes, so if you prefer breeze, you can just open the window on both ends. The owner also offers parking inside the building, which increases the safety and comfort infinitely, because otherwise parking in the area is rather hard. The beds are large and comfortable, the bathroom is new and nice. Self check-in was easy and clear, and the host communicates very effectively. Breakfast is solved by a nearby café, so you can have fresh brioche and a fresh brewed capuccino every morning. Both Naples, a nice black beach and Pompei are at a 20-minute drive from the flat.

The stay was very good. The house has a lot of space, two bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen. Very well equipped, clean, good internet access, tv, heating and air conditioning, own property with parking place. Close (5 minutes on foot) to big supermarket. Communicative hosts. I highly recommend.

    The city of Poggiomarino appears to be rebuilding, and had somewhat limited resources (like restaurants and shops) while we visited - though they were enough for us. And the location is near many other likely destinations, so Hotel Ginevra (newly fitted out, with excellent on-site facilities) would make a good hub for an even longer visit, at a nice price - highly recommended!
