The palace is highly impressive, historical and beautiful, but very well maintained and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered to help arrange a wine tasting tour in the region. We ordered breakfast for the stay. Both the food and in room dining experiences were very nice. Everything is just perfect.

Palazzo Ravizza sits on the edge of one of Siena's steep hills, with a spectacular view over the countryside. Once many years ago I woke up early and saw a full moon rising over the valley. Not this time, but the fall colors were just as magical in their own way, and the room was positively luxurious. A beautiful private garden. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kindhearted.

Great accomodation just 10 minutes wall from city center. Really kind staff that explained everything to us and helped with planing our trip to the city center. So glad I chose this place in Siena! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the main shopping streets and piazzas in the old town, but still nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Ilaria was especially great—she gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and went out of her way to help until we finally got a reservation at a place we really wanted to try. Big thanks to her!
