- The area: This is a fantastic rental property in a great location. A short walk from the local beach! The local area is a quiet coastal village. The local marina has some nice restaurants and supermarkets. For the best nearby beaches, you can drive 5 minutes to Budoni beach or 15 minutes to spiaggia di su Tiriarzu. - The property: The property has a BBQ and outdoor shower in the garden. The beds were quite comfortable. There is a gated private parking space in the front. The property is clean, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. We cooked two meals. - The hosts were friendly. Their English is limited but they are very accommodating! Thank you Consuelo 🙂

We have just returned from our holiday and we genuinely miss it already. This was for both of one of the most relaxing holiday we have had. The apartment was so comfortable, homely and had everything we needed. We felt very welcome by Max and Antonella, who are wonderful hosts. We were offered lovely fruit, wine and refreshments on arrival - all gluten free as I am a coeliac. This was so unexpected but hugely appreciated. The hosts communicated with us before, and during our stay and were very happy to help with any information or give us assistance with things we needed. We are already planning our next visit and hope to bring family here.

Lovely little hotel, close to the beautiful beach of La Cinta. The bus from Olbia stops just in front. There are different services in San Teodoro, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and so clean. I had a quiet room, which was good to rest. Great breakfast with vegan options. Even a bar, really nice. And the best were the people who run the place. So friendly and helpful. It made the stay so much nicer. Thank you!

    We LOVED the location, the view, surroundings~ The host is wonderful, a true angel. Taking care of us and giving advice! The place has a lot of space, it's super clean, the kitchen has everything that's needed, we could park our car easily. And we slept SUPER well: mattress, pillows, cover are so comfy that you don't want to get out. And we were taken with San Teodoro (city next to the accommodation). Nice places to eat and wander around. A true jewel~ We will DEFINITELY come back there!

    Nice location, the beach is a short walk away. Large fridge with freezer. Easy parking. Spacious bedroom. Port Ottiolu promenade is also very close. San Teodoro night market is a short drive away, worth visiting.

    Beautiful home near the sea and a lot of restaurants. Luigi was a good host. The waste disposal was a bit confusing in the beginning but Luigi explained everything very well.

    It's a nicely located apartment close to go beatiful beaches around by car. In the evening location is well positioned as well, close to the port and restaurants.
