A Gem in Ravenna – Villa Roncuzzi is Pure Perfection Villa Roncuzzi is an absolute treasure. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into an impeccably clean, beautifully maintained space that exudes charm and comfort. Once a historical convent, it has been sympathetically and tastefully renovated, striking the perfect balance between old-world elegance and modern convenience. Every detail speaks of care and quality. Crisp, fresh, white cotton linen is everywhere—on the beds, in the bathrooms, and even in the dining areas. The towels are luxuriously soft, with extra ones thoughtfully offered for the swimming pool. The orangery dining area is absolutely immaculate, with the softest napkins I have ever experienced—an understated yet beautiful touch that makes each meal feel special. The gardens are a work of art—manicured, refined, and enhanced by perfect lighting that makes evenings here magical. Each room feels special, with thoughtful design touches and a unique character. Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the gardens or swimming pool area, adding a sense of privacy and connection to the outdoors. The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hospitable staff make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor, always ready with helpful recommendations and warm conversation. Villa Roncuzzi is also brilliantly located: close to motorways, the Adriatic coast, and well-positioned for exploring Ravenna and beyond. Nice accommodation as a change after BnBs where you see a host only for a few minutes at arrival or not even that. Our host was very nice and with that human touch that makes a difference. Room was big and clean. The breakfast was delicious - we even had scrambled eggs from his property (and focaccia was great). Very peacefull and green surroundings.

We had two rooms for 8 nights. A wonderful stay made perfect by our host Angela. She is a delightful person. Quiet surroundings in the countryside with small villages nearby to eat & get groceries. Angela provides a lovely breakfast each morning with a new fresh baked cake option each day. We would return in a heartbeat.
