Mountains on one side and a super clean beautiful sea on the other....Best time to visit I was told after July and August when it won't be too crowded and thus more enjoyable. We enjoyed Praia a Mare and the area very much.
We enjoyed Praia a Mare and the area very much. The area is beautiful and there are several towns within 30 minutes that offer very different experiences. There are so many beaches to choose from, but our favorite was Buddha Beach. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff was friendly, the hotel guests were calm, even though we were from another country (because of our language barrier) we didn't feel bad. The theme evenings were surprising, the freshly baked pastries and coffee in the morning were very good. The pool is well maintained, I liked that everyone has to wear a swimming cap.
