Love this spot. The host, Giuseppe, met with us and was very helpful the entire time suggesting places to visit and tasty restaurants. We had a refrigerator, microwave and hot plate which came in very handy. Our room had high, beautiful ceilings and was quite quiet at night. A wonderful location in the old town area of Putignano. Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful villa! Comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. The hosts were very sweet as well; they provided a bottle of wine, taralli (italian cookies), local cheeses and focaccia upon arrival. Highly recommend!

    Putignano is a lovely town, renowned for its carnival parade. However, their Halloween celebrations are equally popular. The town centre is a delight. Foodies will be glad to know that there are some great restaurants. The locals are helpful and welcoming.

    Putignano is a good base to explore the towns around such as Alberobello, Locorontondo and Martina Franca, and others. The old town is not as large as some of the better known ones but is still worth visiting and there is a good choice of restaurants.

    The best location for all attractions within a 30 minutes...

    The best location for all attractions within a 30 minutes drive. Polignano a Mare, Zoo safari Fasano, Bari, Monopoli, and all the beaches and coves. Would recommend Friggitoria San Domenico as an excellent sea food restaurant.

    Fantastic destination to make trips to all famous historic towns as Matera, Alberobello and many more. Putignano has great historic centre, many restaurants also with live music. Every Wednesday there is really big market near historic centre with fashion and many more. People here are generally very friendly. I can only recommend it.

    Great place, great base to visit around, we rented a cat and visited from here Matera, another day Alberlobello, Martina Franca and Locoronto and the third day Monopoli and polignano. Every evening you can go out to Putignano old town, it is 10 minutes away. The trulli is cosy, well equiped and offers breakfast at a nearby caffe. The owners are great hosts, fresh fruits every day, it is a lovely secret garden, lots af green in the middle of the town.
