The property was amazing. All new and beautifully clean and presented. Everything you need is in the apartment. Washing machine, kettle,microwave etc. even big mugs for cup of tea. Kate and her family were there to welcome us. Parking was available , wifi worked well. Made to feel welcome

I am very pleased with my stay in this place. The hosts Giuliano and Mariella are very nice people. They are helpful. The apartment was very clean, it was a pleasure to stay there. The apartment had everything you need. Perfectly located and beautiful views. There is also a beautiful garden at guests' disposal. We felt like at home. I recommend this place.

Easy check in, the manager sent us a video of how to find our room since we would arrive after the reception closed. Dogs welcome, good location for one night when traveling through the Brenner. Nice breakfast and they offered better coffee if you didnt want the american "coffee".

Excellent sized room. Very clean. We could store our bikes in the garage safely. We ate at the restuarant and loved the food and service. It was lovely to sample some wines made by the owner. Very efficiently run
