The place is beautiful, full of greenery and beautiful scenery. The Polo Club being part of the resort, we got to enjoy a relaxing horse ride. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail so we could enjoy the experience, although we had never ridden before. We also used the tennis court, also a nice experience. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner at the onsite restaurant was also a nice experience, with the waiter recommending us an excellent wine. The room was spacious, clean. We had a few difficulties renting a car, but Saimira was very helpful, offering to drive us to the train station in Bucine so we could take the train to Arezzo. All in all a lovely experience, we highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at Palazzo Tiglio was truly exceptional. The property is stunning, beautifully restored, blending historical charm with modern luxury. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the scents inside the property was nice and calming. What really made our visit unforgettable, though, was John outstanding hospitality. His genuine warmth and thoughtful recommendations made us feel incredibly welcome. John and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I had an amazing experience at Castel Monastero. The staff were extremely friendly - as soon as I told them it was my birthday they showered me with surprises including birthday cake and birthday balloons with a bottle of wine in my room! The hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was great. Couldn’t choose a better location for my birthday getaway!

The best place we could ever find there. The apartment is new, clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. No matter if it's one night or longer stay. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. Bathroom well maintained, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The positive vibe of our host Cosimo were the last detail you need for great wellcome and he gave it. Even at check-out. Highly recommend!

It was so nice having the shared kitchen. We used it to make breakfast. The cafe and restaurant downstairs were great. The rooms are modern and check in and out was made easy. The proximity to Pienza, Arezzo, Siena, and Assisi were great as the location is off an amazing highway. Cristina was amazing!

Oh, what a blessing!! Hostess was the best ever! We felt so much at home and were really treated so good. We could do our washing and hung out to dry. House/unit was super clean and we just felt so welcome. Paola, thank you for so much and more. The breakfast was so good, we really enjoyed all the good food that we good choose from. Nice walk to town and everything was so close. Wish we could stay longer.

    Beautiful, rustic place. Very clean. I loved being there. The pool was amazing- surrounded by lavender and views of Tuscan hills. We left the windows open at night and there was a little breeze. The only problem was it was extremely hot weather in July and there is no air conditioning and there were no fans. I think ceiling fans could’ve alleviated the heat. I think many Americans would find it too hot in July and August. I loved being surrounded by nature. There is a very long and winding uphill road to get there which was almost one lane. I don’t know if I would’ve felt comfortable driving in or out of this location at night. You must bring your own food as there is no restaurant and the nearest restaurant is about 10 minutes away.
