Had a great stay at B&B La Rosa especially many thanks to Elisa and her daughter for the excellent hospitality. We were also accepted by the secret boss Simba - the Cat. For breakfast we got a wishlist - and all we wanted was there. Room was clean and very quiet, no traffic noise. Pool was clean and inviting for swimming. We had a great time. No search for parking - it was inside the poperty and for free. If we plan a next stay in this area we'll certainly come back.

This hotel is a little gem. Very clean, light modern rooms, well designed with an extremely functional bathroom and comfortable bed. Lovely soft linen and towels. Cute little balcony with view. Air Con worked really well. Family run, such nice people & couldn't do enough for us. Excellent breakfast, replenished regularly. Used the ferries, the bus and the trains over 4 days. 2 x stations in town. Hotel is less than 100m to lake & ferry, large supermarket around the corner, laundry in the next street. The town is a little stunner and we so enjoyed our visit. Hope we can one day visit again. Thank you Hotel del Conte.

We loved our stay at Sempione boutique hotel. The view was breathtaking - we could spend hours just looking at the lake and the mountains from our balcony or from the rooftop terrace. Beautifully renovated, every little detail was well thought through. The owners and staff was welcoming and went above and beyond in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for your kindness and impeccable sense of service and custom care. We will absolutely be back!

Boutique hotel stresa was worth every penny spent. The staffs were very welcoming with warm smiles, willing to help(Nothing is too much of a ask) and very engaging. The hospitality at this hotel is exceptional. The room was very spacious and all the facilities were very modern and easy to use. the food at the restaurant was perfectly amazing, likewise the breakfast which was mouth watering with pastries freshly made. I cannot fault this hotel as it ticked the box for what a five star hotel should offer. My partner could not stop telling all his friends about this beautiful hotel. Myself and my partner will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.

A Beautiful hotel in quiet surroundings, the staff were all amazing and had a great knowledge of English. The facilities were top-notch notch and the breakfast was great. Nothing bad to say, everything was so good. The fact they included dinner and wine in the price was such a bonus.

    Lake Maggiore is beautiful, lots of places to visit...

    Lake Maggiore is beautiful, lots of places to visit including Isola Bella, Madre and Pescatore, Cannobio, Santa Caterina, the funivia at Laveno, were either a short drive away or you could catch a ferry to get there easily. But in Arolo there were restaurants and cafes within walking distance, some right on the lake without it being too touristy and busy- can recommend Kactus cafe 2.0!

    We had a brilliant room on the top floor (there is a lift)...

    We had a brilliant room on the top floor (there is a lift) with a balcony and fantastic views over the lake. The Hotel itself is clean and its staff/owners very helpful and attentive. It was nice once we arrived to be able to leave the car and just relax. The hotel booked us a supper at a very pleasant local restuarant not 100 metres from it and we had a wonderful time.
