The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is perfect—quiet, with cafés and a market nearby. When we reached the property the host said that they were fully booked. I showed her the booking.com confirmation email. She said we cannot do anything coz we don’t have any rooms left.
