The location was perfect a short walk from the town and beach but far enough back so it was quiet at night. The security was excellent and the room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were also excellent - just what we needed at the end of the day at the beach. The best part may have been the patio and breakfast though. Highly recommended!

    Beautiful apartment with a great view. Bright, clean and cozy. Everything you need in there. The beach is a few steps away. The area is save. The best location in Roseto. Restaurants, shops, bars and the station nearby. The host, Federica was very nice and quick to respond. Looks just like the photos.

    Dreadful. Not an hotel. No staff. Nobody to be seen. Lift broken. No way of getting into our room. We did not stay there and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. Unacceptable . Please arrange to reimburse any money which we may have paid.
