The property itself is very nice and cosy, equipped with the things you would normally need, no complaints here. The pool is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious and the neighbourhood is also very lovely and peaceful. The one thing I would like to highlight the most is the kindness of the hosts. Honestly, I’ve felt very welcomed, our host and her daughter were looking out for our every needs, I’ve felt like I was visiting my friends. I would definitely go back 10/10

Everything. It was our second time here, we will definitely come back. This place is heaven! The food at the restaurant is very good, theie hospitality is gorgeous and the place, the nearby area is beuutiful. Can't wait to come back :)

Amazing place. The host is a very kind, and warm man. He helped us to find beautiful views, restaurants and more. There’s a pool and the breakfast was perfect. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Quite place to relax.

    Great spot to tour Tuscany from. The house was age appropriate for where it is located. Rustic, simple but comfortable. Cooked every meal in, better equipped than most. Outdoor grilling was perfect. The main property is just a short stroll up the road. We did not try the restaurant or use the pool. The nearby town of Rosia had a big grocery store, gas stations, restaurants etc.
