I can recommend this place with all my heart. Apartment after major renovation, but with preserved Tuscan atmosphere and charm. Located at the foot of a medieval castle, with magical narrow streets. View from the window of the sea and a beautiful sunset. Fully equipped apartment, 3 air conditioning, bio fireplace, comfortable, large beds, fantastic bathroom. Photos do not show the full charm - reality is much better. The owners are very nice and take care of their guests. I recommend local shops and restaurants. Here you can truly relax.

It was a great place with a great and kind host. The room (house) was very cozy and clean. We felt exactly like home 🙂 There is a nice pool where you can relax and drink a very good wine from the property. There was a little and friendly dog that was our “guide” during our walks around the area🤪 We will definitely come back!

We have some experience with staying in a hotels, because we are travelling second year our road trips and visiting hotels a lot because of that. This time we have already stayed in several hotels before we arrived to Oleandri. First thing, that made us feel at home was the attention we got from receptionist - Sanja. You never get that attention in a sea hotels with a lot of tourists passing reception daily..That what we knew before we met that girl. Jumping ahead, I can say, that in a while we needed help with jellyfish burns treatment, fixing door lock, car access on the living area, we discovered, that all personnel is very friendly and helpful, whatever you need help with. Besides that the whole room, including kitchen area and our bathroom were very clean and cozy. Safe parking space is on the territory. We enjoyed air condition automation, which stops working once you open balcony door. This hotel wins our prize for attention to client and good quality of room for low price. Highly recommended!

We had an apartment for 4 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate wardrobe and 2 single beds. Everything new, clean, kitchen equipped adequately including dishwasher. Two balconies. Beautiful pool in the hotel, it was not a problem to find a free sunbed during the day. At the restaurant the possibility to play table tennis, during the day at the pool animation program and then in the evening at the restaurant program for children - we experienced disco, magician and balloon creations, from everything the children quite excited. The hotel is a short walk from the sea - both public,and private. The beach overall is nice.

    The apartment was well furnished and equipped, was clean and tidy and in a lovely location. The kitchen was generously equipped. Great communications from the hosts who was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend but you need a car to explore the surrounding area.

    Small appartment in the middle of the village centre, its hard to find as the street is small and only for walking (not on any navigation). Interior is basic, bed is good, there is a nice table for two at the frond of he appartment. You are in the middle of Rosignano Marittimo, a small typical Italian village with a few bars and shops. As the appartment is situated quite high, in the evening its cooled by the wind.

    Fabulous house with all the right facilities. Particularly good if you are happy to stay around home. The adjacent little town has most items you need and a few pizzeria. Big shout out for Dante & Ivana restaurant which is very close by. You do need to like fish ! If you have a car Rosignano Solvay a 5-10 minute ride away has good supermarkets. Overall fantastic villa👏🤗

    Andrea made our stay perdect, he was there when we needed information, the breakfast and dinner was delicious every day, the kids enjoyed the pool, the animals (especially Grigio, the dog). We all loved this agriturismo feeling. The private beach near was also nice for a day.

    We loved the accommodation and the owner was very nice and helpful. The location is very quiet and picturesque - Rosignano Marittimo is truly beautiful Italian little town. Would love to be back!
