Thank you Daniela for your hospitality, it was very comfortable and cozy! We had an apartment of 90 square meters! The house has everything you need (equipped kitchen, grill, etc.) A quiet and peaceful place! Daniela is always ready to help and answer all your questions, even those that do not relate to accommodation (for example, Daniela helped us find boat excursions, helped us find a car for rent since I did not have a credit card, and much more) Christina (Daniela’s assistant) She met my family with a smile at 22:30, told and showed everything! The place itself is the best I've seen. Variety of beaches (3 within walking distance) and we were on 3 beaches within a 10-minute drive! I can safely call many of these beaches TOP! There is also a cafe near the house, nice and cozy, and a 5-minute drive away you get to the center where there is a very cool pastry shop and restaurants! I was in Cagliari, Oristano, and Villasimius - Villasimius definitely takes first place in everything! I would recommend this holiday home to you both as a family and as a couple! Daniela, thank you! I really liked that it felt like a home and not like an apartment, because it was sooo well-equipped. The terrace is huge and with beautiful views to the sea and mountains. The house is big and very comfortable, you will find anything you need (even a first aid box, parasols, coffee machines in three size!!) Elena is such a lovely lady, very informative and helpful. The beach is very close, like maybe 8 minutes walk from the house, and the bus station is the same, also the shops and restaurant. 10/10 recommended

Great location with various comfortable outside spaces along with spacious bathroom , lounge/dining and bedroom Just what we wanted for our last week in Sardinia peaceful with easy access to beaches and walks and nearby towns. Daniella our host was very helpful through out are stay.

Apartment has absolutely perfect location with stunning view of the sea and sunsets. Big balcony and terrace with a wonderful fireplace and a garden. Our host Annalisa was super nice, very helpful and thoughtful with recommendations of interesting places, restaurants and beaches. Even though Annalisa does not speak English, she is a pro with Google translate so there was no language barrier at all. On top of that, the apartment has a perfect location for surfing, hiking and there are a few small but nice beaches just a couple minutes away by foot.

First of all, Nicola is such a nice person renting out this special and beautiful house, very helpful tips for activities and very considerate. Perfectly located with nice calm ocean for little kids, and crystal clear water also to enjoy for the bigger kids ;) also grocery store and restaurants right next to it, so everything there for a hassle free vacation. The interior of the house is so tastefully decorated, we loved it, good atmosphere and also practical with mosquito nets on some windows and airconditioning, so even in a heatwave we were all comfortable and didnt mind staying inside in the middle of the day to avoid the heat a bit and we even enjoyed the view. We would love to return one day.
