Thank you Daniela for your hospitality, it was very comfortable and cozy! We had an apartment of 90 square meters! The house has everything you need (equipped kitchen, grill, etc.) A quiet and peaceful place! Daniela is always ready to help and answer all your questions, even those that do not relate to accommodation (for example, Daniela helped us find boat excursions, helped us find a car for rent since I did not have a credit card, and much more) Christina (Daniela’s assistant) She met my family with a smile at 22:30, told and showed everything! The place itself is the best I've seen. Variety of beaches (3 within walking distance) and we were on 3 beaches within a 10-minute drive! I can safely call many of these beaches TOP! There is also a cafe near the house, nice and cozy, and a 5-minute drive away you get to the center where there is a very cool pastry shop and restaurants! I was in Cagliari, Oristano, and Villasimius - Villasimius definitely takes first place in everything! I would recommend this holiday home to you both as a family and as a couple! Daniela, thank you! Great location, the quitness and tranqulity of the hotel and the surroundings, lived up to our expectations in full! We really enjoyed our stay, and will return again. The staff were on spot, the were atentive and available. They gave us full attention, for instance, the first day we had breakfast at the terraces, and the waiter noticed how we enjoyed the table, so he made the table ready for us every morning! Thats called top service in my book!

If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! Loved everything about it; the location (close to the beaches), the rooms, hammocks, the birds, the garden, the peace and quiet.. The hosts are absolutely wonderful people and have a special place in my heart. Thank you Andrea and Raja for everything.

We had an amazing holiday at Caelia Sardinia! The house was full of pleasant surprises – we especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and the balcony, which made every morning and evening feel special. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful details like fresh linens and towels prepared for us during our stay. Michele was an excellent host: always available, kind, and ready with useful local tips about supermarkets and the most beautiful beaches to visit (S’Archittu, Sa Mesa Longa, Putzu Idu, Is Aruttas). His attention to detail and warm communication made everything so easy for us. Our son loved having the PlayStation 4, which made the stay even more fun for him. Everything was just as described, if not better, and we felt truly welcomed.

I really liked that it felt like a home and not like an apartment, because it was sooo well-equipped. The terrace is huge and with beautiful views to the sea and mountains. The house is big and very comfortable, you will find anything you need (even a first aid box, parasols, coffee machines in three size!!) Elena is such a lovely lady, very informative and helpful. The beach is very close, like maybe 8 minutes walk from the house, and the bus station is the same, also the shops and restaurant. 10/10 recommended
