We had an amaizing experience, room was very clean, the entrance with a great atmosphere. Really friendly staff and very helpfull. Great breakfast and especially great morning coffee. It’s location minutes away from the beach and it was a great pleasure staying there. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Villa CamAn was excellent! The property is very close to the beach and very spacious! The owners made our stay very comfortable and made us feel very welcome! Overall I highly recommend it for families that want to spend time together and enjoy the beautiful sea of San Felice Circeo.

    We were there in the off-season and the beaches were pretty much closed up. It is a pretty town and would be fun to visit when there are more people around. During the season I imagine the place would be hopping!

    It was very peaceful, simple but nicely decorated, the garden is pretty and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and a good size room providing a front aswell as back door leading to a private patio with table, chairs and a clothes hanger. Staff were kind and helpful Location was 10-15 minutes from beaches and swimming spots as well as other nice features to explore along the coast.

    Beautiful villa with large garden and view over the bay, less than 5 mins walking from the beach and 10 from the old center. Very nice staff, well maintained facilities, private parking available. Absolutely a great deal in terms of value for money - definitely top recommendation for accomodation in San Felice Circeo. Also considering money go to a veey good cause

    The staff were so helpful and friendly. It is definitely the most clean hotel I have every stayed in. The pizza at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and a short walk to beach clubs.
