*The staff is the SOUL of this property, super nice and friendly, especially the night-shift staff. *Property owner allowing staff to make decision about room rate per situation (like hot water outage, etc.) is really appreciated because guests will definitely feel the property really concern about their comfort and benefit during the stay. These people were such kind and wonderful hosts. They made us a fabulous pot of latte coffees and snacks after hiking up the mountain. It's an oasis at the top, right beside the monastery. Delicious restaurant.

The apartment is in a very beautiful location, with a great view of the surrounding areas. It is 5 minutes by car to the center of Spoleto. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet at night. Beautiful yard of the house. The housekeeper kindly welcomed us and said goodbye the next day. Great breakfast. A worthwhile accommodation option when visiting Spoleto.

Hotel Charleston is based five minutes walk from the Roman Theatre where we saw a great show. The location is perfect! Also, the stuff was were very kind – they upgraded us to a superior room and also booked for us a great restaurant called Sabatini. Highly recommended!
