    The overall experience this place give you is fenomanal. First you arrive, there is a big tree whit a teracce under, and an old building restored az turned into a modern hotel/restaurant. It is very calm and relaxing to be there. There is a very big garden where you can sit / lay down. The bed was very big and comfortable. The staff is super nice and supportive. They speak good english. And always there is you need help. The restaurant is on a differnt level of eating. The dishes are extraordanary and big enaugh.

Very attentive friendly family/staff available to assist with baggage on arrival. Simple, but tasty breakfast offered in central dining room. Excellent location near Pisa, San Giuliano Terme and Lucca. Refrigerator in room.
