A truely well kept secret in the heart of Tuscany. Ethan’s Bar is across the road to this Airbnb. Great cocktails. Also a few steps out of the door are a variety of fabulous restaurants. There is also a good walk up to the two towers on the hill and easy access to the Via Francigena walk. Located on the ground floor of the Tower di Frederico - is a Michelin rest. We just can’t say enough about the town San Miniato and our hosts. Silvia was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our first time here magical. The apartment was stylishly designed and spotlessly clean. The balcony overlooking the valley was a bonus. San Miniato is a beautiful town and a perfect base for exploring the area. There was a festival on during our stay so in the evenings the town was vibrant and friendly. We visited Pisa and San Giminagno over a long weekend.
