I recently stayed at Antica Dimora La Corona in San Pantaleo with my son, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impeccable, making our stay incredibly pleasant. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was Francesca, the wonderful owner. She is an absolute gem—warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. From thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our specific requests, Francesca made us feel right at home. Thank you, Francesca, for making our stay so special. We will definitely be coming back!

First of all the view from the balcony - an absolutely unbelievable view of the rugged and rocky mountains, up close and personal . We have travelled rather extensively and the view from that room was one of the most spectacular we have ever experienced - we were in room 12! Unfortunately we have forgot the name of the person who was at the reception area when we arrived (as well as when we left and was also cleaning the room next to ours the next morning when we went to get breakfast at a cafe in town). She was very charming and helpful and certainly enhanced our stay. The room was perfectly clean, tastefully decorated with a very comfortable super king bed. The shower was a bit small but worked perfectly (this was not a new build hotel, it would have been very challenging to put in a larger shower, but the whole hotel exuded charm and class with some amazing local artwork on the walls). Although we didn't use it, the outdoor pool and pool area looked lovely. The town is very small but absolutely gorgeous, so beautifully maintained and with all those magnificent vistas everywhere. The restaurant located almost across from the hotel entrance (going up the hill - sorry I've forgotten the name) provided us with one of the most memorable evening meals during our entire stay in Sardinia. Without a doubt the most delicious Spaghetti con Vongole I've ever had. All in all a magical evening in San Pantanleo. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally well equipped & immaculate apartment with everything you need & more. In a very nice peaceful location surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet only 15-20mins from lots of lovely beaches. Salt water filled Swimming pool very clean, the perfect place to sunbathe, read & relax to your hearts content. Delightful hosts Wolfgang & Valentina could not have been more kind & obliging, nothing too much trouble & happy to give lots of information & advice regarding best places to visit & eat etc. they even provided us with an umbrella to take to the beach!

We loved everything about the property. We stayed in the charming pink villa with picturesque views of the pool, beautifully maintained gardens, and serene mountains. The property had everything we needed for a peaceful & relaxing 12-day stay, we felt very much at home. Emanuella and Giorgio, the delightful owners, gave us a warm welcome and were always available to assist or offer recommendations as needed. The villa is ideally located near the stunning beaches of Costa Smeralda and just 15 minutes from San Pantaleo, where we discovered a variety of restaurants, pizzerias, shops, and a wonderful gelateria.

The room was very clean and smelled nice everyday, bed was very confortable. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. Amazing staff, the ladies at the reception were very kind and helpfull. The estate is well suited for couples and it is located at a resonable distance from Costa Smeralda by car. The dinner at the property restaurant also offers a lot of options and it was quite a fancy experience.

You feel immediately relaxed when you sit by the pool, drink a custom cocktail from the fantastic bar manager (Marino!) and look out over the sea. The resort has a spanish feel, its very relaxed and well maintained. There is live piano playing on some nights adding to the incredible atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the view we had from our room was amazing (overlooking the sea). Cannigione is a very quiet little town so recommend a car to get to other beaches and towns to explore!

    San Pantaleo is a charming litlle vilage, and they have market every Thursday. Lot of clothing, art, food, all. We went there , we parked almost 2km away, and we got a ticket for parking 61e. So you must visit, but go early to find parking. Check twice before you go on.

    San Pantaleo was great as it is based in a historic part of Sardegna full of mountain views wherever you look. It is 20-25 minutes from the airport, so you will need a car, but most places in Italy will require car hire, unless you are staying in one place only. San Pantaleo for us was great as we enjoyed exploring the beautiful seaside during the day and relaxing in San Pantaleo for the late afternoon and evening with well served restaurants, full of character buildings, friendly people around and lovely locals. I would definitely recommend!

    Absolutely picturesque village in a mountainous region close to Costa Smeralda. The village has lovely restaurants and cafes and a grocery store. The people are warm and friendly and you are within a short driving distance from the many stunning beaches in the area.

    We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The property is beautifully secluded in nature, providing a peaceful environment with stunning views. At the same time, you’re just a short drive away from the charming mountain village of San Pantaleo. The air conditioning made it easy to sleep comfortably, even in the heat. To our surprise, there was even a small rooftop terrace and adorable baby kittens nearby. We would definitely return anytime.

    We loved how welcoming and friendly the staff were! The rooms were spacious and very clean which we appreciated too. Breakfast on offer was the best we’ve had in any hotel so far, they were super accommodating to a number of different allergens - a highlight for us was the multiple gluten free options that differed each day. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit San Pantaleo!

    Lovely place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful particularly Biram on front desk and Michaela at breakfast. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and usually empty so felt private! Great location for San Pantaleo and surrounding areas - extremely easy and short drives to north and east coasts with variety of places to see.
