    My plane was late and I arrived after 11pm, I got a call to find out where I was, after I told him I would be late, he offered to wait for me. I hadn't eaten anything up to that point, so Matteo from reception called the nearest restaurant which kept it open just for me, As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Matteo was outside waiting for me, he gave me the room keys, took my suitcase and brought it to my room so I could go and eat something. Super service, Matteo a legend.

    Hotel location was great for the purpose of my visit. The greeting i received by Alessandro was fantastic, he could not do enough for me, that is also true of the other members of staff i met. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. the shower was fantastic and secure parking on site was also very good. I cannot comment on the breakfast as i didnt take it but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by, this would also have been fantastic

    The hotel is very new and located in a very beautiful spot in the country side of Modena. The room was nice but they have a big problem with the plumbing. The room smelled very bad and it was impossible to stay in the toilet because of the bad smell. We took the 3 beds room which was very nice for our needs for a quick night stay. BF was very nice with coffee, cornetto, cheese and salumi.

    A very decent and very clean hotel the place is very quiet with a super market at 5 minutes. The staff very polite, the room really good with a mini bar and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast costs 5 euros per person, it has the basic things to eat and for the price I think it is OK. There is a big parking space. I would come back again.
