I hadn't eaten anything up to that point, so Matteo from reception called the nearest restaurant which kept it open just for me, As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Matteo was outside waiting for me, he gave me the room keys, took my suitcase and brought it to my room so I could go and eat something. The greeting i received by Alessandro was fantastic, he could not do enough for me, that is also true of the other members of staff i met. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. the shower was fantastic and secure parking on site was also very good.
