The breakfasts were varied, there was no shortage of fruit, which my friend and I welcomed, the private beach was very cool and clean. The owner took good care of us, he gave us recommendations for trips, restaurants :-) We definitely recommend this place to visit. Lovely place.

Il Pino is a bit of a quirky hotel, but very nice nonetheless. There’s a few buildings, connected with a footbridge. Staff are friendly, well spoken in English too. Rooms are clean, even had a balcony. Close to the beach as well. I think this could be a great place during the summer!

Perfect location, almost on the beach. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view of the sea. Room was decorated in blue and white..appropriate for where it was. Breakfast was very good, and a vast choice . Staff lovely and friendly. Garden area with nice seating in the shade. Only a 15 min walk into the centre for shops and cafes and marina.. sunbeds and umbrellas were free to use too....great For us, everything was perfect.

    I travelled to San Vincenzo for sailing.

    I travelled to San Vincenzo for sailing. Given the relatively large marina and the geographical location close to Elba and Isola Capraia, Vincenzo is a great starting point for a sailing holiday. Beyond that, the city also offers some interesting sightseeing and a nice old city centre with a beautiful pedestial zone with numerous restaurants.

    Traditional yet modern beach resort. Mainly visited by Italian. Great selection of beaches and places to eat. Clothes shopping is okay but not on a par with inland towns like Sienna, Lucca and Arrezzo.

    Nice appartment in the city center (pedestrian zone). Close to all facilities, restaurants etc - and the beach in 3 minutes walking distance. Easy parking options. everything exactly as described and on the fotos. Fully eqipped and very clean. Very good communication with the host, uncomplicated and easy check-in and check out.

    A beautiful small town where you can find small traditional restaurants with very nice staff. The best local pizzeria is called BLUE MARLINE PIZZERIA RESTAURANT. I really recommend this restaurant to everyone... in the city of San Vincenzo itself, however, we really enjoyed a restaurant called Vineria Etrusca in the center. The service, as well as the food, was very poor, we definitely do not recommend this restaurant, it was a very Italian disappointment...

    A nice, lively town on the beach.

    A nice, lively town on the beach. There are plenty of shops, a big coop and restaurants in San Vincenzo. And there are a number of beautiful historic towns and villages in the hills in the area often also with very good restaurants. It is easy to visit them by car. There are bus services to most of them but buses often do not run frequently. There are train services from S. Vincenzo Railway Station to Pisa and Grosseto and a some even to Rome and Florence. San Vincenzo tends to get crowded on weekends and in the high season and then it is advisable to book tables at restaurants in advance.

    San Vincenzo is a reasonable seaside town in Tuscany.

    San Vincenzo is a reasonable seaside town in Tuscany. Having spent some time in the area over many years, we got to really enjoy the whole surrounding area. Beaches nearby are some of the best, a short drive south of the town being our favourite. Great for kids with nice sandy beaches, shower/toilet facilities, life guards in summer and generally small or no waves. Some great restaurants and of course wonderful wine and oil country surround. Also nice is this town somewhat lives all year unlike some parts of the Tuscan coast, so visiting out of the main season you won't find a closed town.

    I was very pleased with my stay at MIIO Hotel. The staff were particularly wonderful - helpful, friendly, and available. My trip was a bit early in the season so not all of the summer activities were available yet but the hotel was able to set up a lovely 2 hour boat ride to Golfo di Baratti for me. As a solo traveler, I felt 100% comfortable at this hotel. This was my first visit to San Vicenzo and I plan to return!
