Everything you would expect and more. Perfect for us. Slightly out of the way which meant it was nice and quiet but also only 5 mins drive to closest supermarket. Pina was really helpful and give us lots of restaurants recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it’s absolutely perfect for families with children. The apartment was very clean and came with a well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more comfortable. There’s also a large restaurant on-site, and the breakfast was truly excellent. One of the things we really appreciated was the secure parking inside a spacious courtyard – it gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The people there were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly place to stay!

It is well located , quiet clean. You enter in a personalized house not a rented one. A lot of small decorations to personalize it. Everything works, shower, bath lights… You have a nice bath on the ground floor and a shower cabin on the first floor. The shower cabin is quite small for a man taller than 1.80 but it is manageable.

Very calm and nice house close to Etna, and with a swimming pool to have a bit of rest after hiking! We had a great time. The hosts are very kind and flexible. Amazing view both on the mountain and the beach on the other side !

    The walk through this small city is very pleasant.

    The walk through this small city is very pleasant. The squares are very nice. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Pasticeria Russo is a must to visit while in Santa Venerina for exceptional local cakes (canoli) and ice cream (gelato). We came to Sicilia by car so we traveled to the beaches as well as to visit Taormina, Catania, Siracusa and Scali dei Turchi.

    We were too far from the town itself to comment on its suitability for a stay . It was not walkable! Our accommodation was great for a stay in warm weather to make the most of the extensive grounds and fantastic views

    The staff were all very friendly and we were welcomed from the hotel director due to our late arrival. The room was big, in good condition and located near to the pool and breakfast. The hotel was located outside of the city which gave it a quite and peaceful country vibe which we enjoyed. Parking was close to the hotel room. We enjoyed the breakfast with local products and a good view. The pool was also relatively big and with many berths. Overall a very good experience which should also be expected comparing the price.

    Hotel set up was great, very calm and relaxing, good swimming pool and spacious rooms, with excellent views, very good food and excellent staff. We felt very welcomed and that everyone was taking good care of us from the moment we arrive till last minute of our stay. A special note for a member of the restaurant staff - Daniela. She was amazing in how she really made an effort in trying to make our son's birthday special.

    The location was a bit hard to find, as it was in a place off the main roads. The hotel has a beautiful park, with a view over the volcano. Breakfast was good, and so the parking; place was close enough to airport and places of interest. Our room was perfectly clean. A very good way to be close but far away.

    Overall, my stay at this hotel provided a beautiful view, a relaxing environment, and a good breakfast with an abundance of fruits. However, reaching the location without private transportation can be challenging and expensive. The pool, although not large, was a pleasant place to unwind and enjoy the scenery.

    Beautiful garden and views over the see and Etna at the back from the restaurant terrace. Great location, close to Etna and fishermen’s authentic « Aci » villages. Best breakfast with product from the property and warm welcome from hotel staff. The room was pretty and comfortable.
