Oasis of rest and peace in Assisi. Upon arrival you are greeted by the lush greenery of the olive trees and vegetable garden. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Clean room, friendly staff, family atmosphere. We used this hotel for our trip base around Umbria, Toscana and Marche. It was the best choice we have ever made on Booking.com. We greatly recommend this hotel to all who travel to Umbria and want to discover this part of Italy. Just below Assisi it makes this hotel an excelent choice for all who want to see the origins of St.Francis. Also, when we decided to take a one day trip to Rome by train, hotel staff prepared us the food for the trip. We have never felt more at home as we did in this hotel. Definately will come back!

Good communication and helpful staff. Extremely clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Perfect position to go to Assisi. Can't get any better hotel in the area with such a price. For a small charge you have water, fizzy drink and snack in the mini bar which is reloaded daily
